Best Steroids for permanent gains?

Hi Guys, i have been training for around 8 years and now i want to take it to the next level. Recently i read a few articles about steroids, changing the physiology of user's permanently. Like increased myonuclei and veins, which aid permanently with increased vascularity. I was wondering which steroids are the best for permanent change and longterm strength/ recovery gains? Since i dont want to juice for the rest of my life but simply increase my „potential" by permanent change i thought this would be the way to go. Any recommendation? submitted by /u/TyrondaKneeGrow [visit reddit] [comment ..read more

Happy with this latest set of pics. Food is low, cardio is high, training and strength is still in a good spot. First show is the NPC Sun City Showdown in Mesa, AZ, second show is NPC Dennis James Classic in Scottsdale, AZ. Competing in bodybuilding. AMA (no PED questions sorry). submitted by /u/black_angus1 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

6.5 weeks out

6.5 weeks out from my first show (classic physique). Currently sitting at 6’4” 249 lbs fasted. I know I still have a few lbs to drop for weight cap, but I’m concerned I’m not lean enough for 6.5 weeks out. Calories are at 2750 per day (240p/240c/90f), cardio 1-2 days per week for 30-45 mins. I am self-coached, so I’m trying to figure out what adjustments I should make. Any tips/advice? submitted by /u/Conscious-Bug-5478 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
