Passportal was born from an MSP. In 2009, our CEO founded XCEL Professional Services after working at 3 other IT Providers over the previous decade. Starting as a one-man shop, Colin grew XCEL to a 22 person MSP with $4M in annual revenue. As the business grew, he identified a major pain with trying to get technicians quick and controlled access to the passwords needed to manage client IT systems
