Here is a quick full-body, weight training session that took me about 30 minute Full body: Chest Press Hip Thrust Barbell push press Walking Lunge Alt. hammer curl Tricep Dips 20 Reverse Crunches 10 leg raises 5 Full sit-ups I just did as many reps as possible and then moved on to the next exercise, I did this over and over for 30 minutes straight. I get asked ALLLLL the time about how to grow the peach. Genetics is helpful, but I will also tell you that is not the main reason. The main reason is in your workout regime. Do you ever find yourself in that position where you know you HAVE to workout but you have very little time? When I find myself in that position, I love to do quick intense workouts. This one is an AMRAP, or As Many Reps As Possible.
