A general idea of what this year’s team could look like.
We’ve spent the past few days projecting the Philadelphia Eagles’ depth chart for the 2024 NFL season. We started with the offense, moved on to the defense, and then finished up with the special teams unit. Now it’s time for a prediction of who will actually make the final cut down to 53 players. We’ll certainly update these projections throughout the rest of the offseason to reflect meaningful developments from practices and preseason games.

The Eagles offseason program is chugging along, and we finally got a chance to hear from new defensive coordinator, Vic Fangio, since the veteran coach was hired. A little later than expected but right around the corner nevertheless.
The 2024 NFL schedule will officially be revealed next week on Wednesday, May 15, according to Ben Fischer of the Sports Business Journal.
Fischer notes that NFL teams were expecting for the schedule to be announced this week on Thursday, May 8. The second Thursday after the NFL Draft has typically been the schedule release date in recent years. The reason for the delay/change-up is currently unclear.

Philadelphia Eagles director of scouting Brandon Hunt is interviewing for the New England Patriots’ primary football executive position this week, according to NFL insider Adam Schefter.
Albert Breer notes that Hunt is the first known external interview that the Patriots have conducted for their de facto general manager job.
Hunt joined the Eagles during the 2022 offseason after previously spending 12 years with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
