Just got an email notifying me that I can now manage my kitchen box subscription online again. I found the email a little condescending "You wish is our command! We're excited to announce that you can now update your Kitchen Box ...." acting as though we couldn't manage our subscriptions online up until a couple months ago and they just took that feature away with very little warning. On down note, the new online platform doesn't offer skipping. You still have to contact customer care which is super annoying since that is the only feature I want to be able to control myself. I am getting an error that says; " Can't change shipping address manually. For click and collect delivery, address is set to a warehouse address. "shippingAddress" I chose delivery, not pick up so I have no idea what any of this means.
