It’s a day for indulgence, how could we possibly resist giving you some delightful recipes using the Rococo collection to elevate your pancakes to the next level.
Blonde Chocolate Caramel Sauce:
110g Rococo Blonde Chocolate
76ml double cream
65ml milk
38g muscovado sugar
15g toasted buttermilk powder (or use roasted malt)
A pinch of sea salt
Bring all the ingredients to the boil and whisk into a creamy ganache, ready to dollop onto your pancakes.
Vegan Coconut Caramel Sauce:
55g palm sugar
120g brown sugar
50g maple syrup
50g water
100g coconut oil (butter)

Rococo Chocolate Brownies
Introducing our Rococo Chocolate Brownies, these delicious, gooey brownies are normally available to purchase in store but seeing as it’s lockdown we thought we would allow our loyal customers to have our secret recipe to give you some much needed Rococo goodness at home!
Ingredients:
200 g of dark chocolate – 100% Vietnam Single Origin
130 g of walnuts
210 g of demerara sugar
100g butter
4 eggs
Method:
Preheat the oven at 160 C. Line the tray with baking paper (40x20cm ideally). Chop half of the walnuts into small pieces and leave the other half whole.
