Between trying to find a swimsuit that your teen girl approves of as being cute, and one modest enough that mom approves of, you can end up with a headache! I used to desperately miss wearing dresses when I was breastfeeding a baby, but I’ve since learned that with the help of a Halftee tank or a Halftee Short Sleeve and wrap style dresses, you can easily wear dresses and happily breastfeed a baby! You can watch the video below for more information on how a Halftee tank works, but they are the easiest thing I’ve found to use while breastfeeding (or any other time), and you avoid the heat since they just come below your bust! Happy Memorial Day to my USA readers!! I hope whatever you are doing today that you will take the time to stop and remember those who have fought for our freedoms in this country. We are going to take our children to a museum today and go visit Sean’s grandma and visit his grandpa’s grave. I’m excited that June is almost here! Trying to find affordable modest swimwear for girls can be so expensive! I knew I didn’t have it in our clothing budget to spend $50-$60 per girl this year on modest swimwear, so I had to get creative and work within our budget. I wanted to spend around $20 on each girl. While I’m not thrilled with what I found for my older girls, I love what I found for our 7 year old daughter! Isn’t it cute? I love the floral and the colors! I found it on Amazon and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and how it fits. Now I wish I had grabbed one for Sophia and Olivia as well. The sizing is from 1-10 ye ..read more

Summer is when I find it the hardest to dress my girls modestly. They are hot, they are active, they are outside, and I often find them shedding their skirt outside and running around in shorts to jump on the trampoline. My oldest daughter is 10 and our youngest daughter is 3, then we have an 8 and 6 year old in-between. So we have the blossoming young lady, and the very active little ones still.
