Abs and core are one one of those areas we always want to work on. Here's 5 core exercises I used to do that I no longer do and what I do instead. I want all the rewards and reduced risk whenever possible. You will still see fitness instructors teaching these for a long time, because rather than do the research we tend to follow others or think if it "feels" hard it must be doing good. Not so true.
