I am actively following the developments of this group and I can tell you that since the beginning of this year, they have significantly increased the number of their operations, Ex: Kerman Bombings (95 deads), Moscow attack yesterday (145 deads atm) and the SOHR says that they're making a resurgence in Syria.

Hello! I'm struggling to understand the delivery of humanitarian aid in Syria from outside.
As far as I understand the options for foreign agencies are to coordinate with Damascus or deliver cross-border. The UN security council has authorized access through the Bab al-Hawa Border Crossing, so no consent is needed from the Syrian government. + Syrian government has allowed two more border crossings after the Earthquake.
What I don't understand - are these border crossings the only way to get aid into the country? What about crossing the Turkish -Syrian border at a different point?
