Hello! I'm struggling to understand the delivery of humanitarian aid in Syria from outside. As far as I understand the options for foreign agencies are to coordinate with Damascus or deliver cross-border. The UN security council has authorized access through the Bab al-Hawa Border Crossing, so no consent is needed from the Syrian government. + Syrian government has allowed two more border crossings after the Earthquake.
