Looking at relocating to Auckland from Tauranga at the end of the year for the next step career wise. Hi, I sent a cancellation form to cityfitness on Mar20, aware that it’s 1 month notice for cancellations. Then came Apr20 and I notice it’s still debiting from my account, I sent them an email and from them noticed that I never received any email confirmation on my initial request. They asked me to submit the same form, I did and still did not receive any email confirmation. The support submitted a cancellation request but 1 month notice would only start from Apr20 and I’d still pay through May.
