The Hospice Care Foundation of the Piedmont is holding its 3rd Annual “Swing Fore Hospice” Golf Tournament on October 18, 2022 at the Greenwood Country Club in Greenwood, SC.
This will be a Four-Person Captain’s Choice (scramble format). This format will have flights based upon team handicaps with an 8:30 AM or 1:00 PM shotgun start. To reserve your team’s spot, please complete and return the REGISTRATION FORM.

Hospice & Palliative Care of the Piedmont is hosting four educational workshops for people who have experienced a significant loss in their lives or for those who wish to learn more about the grief process. The workshops will offer an in-depth look at how loss and grief affect us emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Interested in becoming a volunteer? Hospice & Palliative Care of the Piedmont is seeking volunteers.
Volunteers are needed in many areas: patient sitting, working in the Hospice House, running errands, selling and sorting donations, repair work, clerical, fundraising and many other exciting opportunities that provide services to patients and families of the terminally ill. Becoming a hospice volunteer is similar to helping a neighbor in need.

On Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 10:30am, Hospice & Palliative Care of the Piedmont will host the 23rd annual live butterfly release! The Friends of Hospice Committee sponsors this special occasion.
The event will be held in honor and in memory of special friends and family in our lives. The live butterflies are available for purchase at the cost of $10 each. A lovely note card will be sent to the person that you honor on your form… or a card to the family of the person that you are remembering. All forms must include complete addresses so that we may send the cards.

Hope for Hospice, hosted by Blyth Funeral Home and Oakbrook Memorial Park, will be held on Easter Sunday, April 4th at 7:00 AM at Oakbrook Memorial Park overlooking the beautiful pond and the special Hospice Cross.
