I recently bought Dragon Ball xenoverse (brand new disc) on my ps4 and the game worked perfectly fine the first 2 times I played it until I did a software update with the disc still inside the ps4. I've had this controller for about a year now and it has worked fine until a few days ago. I exclusively use it with my PC as I don't own a ps5, although that shouldn't be important. It randomly stopped connecting to my PC, and will not charge from any source. I have tried different cables, wall chargers, and outlets, but nothing worked. So I thought maybe the USBC port had broke somehow, so I took it apart and removed the battery.
