Hi Everyone; I really miss teaching during this Covid-19 time, but I am so glad that reflexologists have been able to start back with their treatments as of June 12 in most regions. Please check with your local health unit to confirm. As of July 7th I think all regions are at Stage 2 and then reflexologists can practice. It is very important to follow all Ministry of Health guidelines, please check these along with your local health unit. RRCO also sent out guidelines to all of their members. I love teaching so much and I have had the opportunity lately to teach reflexology in so many different forms. As always the foot reflexology classes have been wonderful and sometimes the questions that come up are amazing. It expands both my knowledge and that of my students. I have also recently taught hand reflexology and that adds a whole new prospective to reflexology. Hands brings so much to us and in keeping them healthy is of vital importance. It always amazes me how just the right students fit together to have a very rewarding class. This past class I tried something new. I added hand reflexology to the foot course with the last day being an extended day to learn the new techniques. The students were so accepting of my experiment, but it did overload the brain a little. This has taught me that the best solution may still be the one day extended time but at a time separate from the foot training.
