“I know I need to exercise but I don’t even have the energy to go for a walk, I feel so tired all the time and I am anxious without any reason,” says Sarah, mum of a happy thriving eight month old. When I visited her, Sarah asked her husband to take notes because her brain was so foggy she could barely stay on track in conversation, let alone remember what we discussed. According to Dr Oscar Serrallach, Sarah’s symptoms are typical of a condition he has labeled ‘Postnatal Depletion’. Formerly an emergency medicine doctor, Dr, Serrallach is now a GP in Northern NSW specializing in nutritional a ..read more

Here are 10 common boobie traps and tips to beat them. My baby won’t latch Bei ..read more

I am a first time mum and it's been a very tricky , tough time for our entire family, spending three out of the four weeks of my daughters life she was in hospital and so was my partner and I did not have time to shower, especially between expressing and taking care of nappy changes and all the other beautiful/ fun things that motherhood has to offer, but taking care of my nutrition to make sure I could provide a substantial amount of milk for my newborn, was proving difficult, I saw boobie bikkies on Facebook and had a few friends recommend Pinky's products. I cannot thank you enough for cre ..read more

I have been breastfeeding my youngest daughter for 13months now and i know i wouldn’t still be as successful with our journey if it wasn’t for the vanilla boobie bikkies. I have one with my cup of tea every morning and night, it’s now become a daily ritual that my daughter enjoys as she loves the bikkies too. I dunk it in the tea to soften it, put it in a little bowl to soften and then we both enjoy! Thank you for doing something so small that’s made a big difference. (April ..read more

I first saw boobie bikkies at the Perth Baby and Children Expo. I tasted all 3 flavours and couldn't believe how yummy they all were. I bought 3 boxes of each flavour prior to the birth of my son. After having numerous problems with my milk supply with my first daughter I wanted to get on top of it early with my 2nd child. I now alternate between having the Boobie Brekkie toasted muesli or I break up the Coconut, date and seed bikkies over cereal. It is so easy to always have the bikkies in my bag and car as they are individually wrapped and stay fresh. They are the perfect snack and became a ..read more

I struggled to breastfeed my first 2 children. When I found out 10 years later that I was about to have another bub, I was determined to breastfeed. Having gestational diabetes with this one it was a must that I had some colostrum for his sugars to stabilise. A friend put me onto boobie bikkies and within a few days of eating just 1 a day, I was able to express enough to give him at birth. Since his birth my supply has doubled and he feeds very well. I thank boobie bikkies for this. (Nita ..read more
