I’ve started slowly getting out my summer clothes as the temperatures warm up and I’ve been feeling like shifting my style just a bit. Sometimes you’ll find that pieces in your wardrobe no longer serve you and that’s ok. Things change. Bodies change style preference changes. Just because you are striving for a minimal wardrobe doesn’t mean you will never add or remove pieces from it. Realizing that has helped me be a little more forgiving of myself when it comes to my wardrobe. Hello! I hope everyone is staying safe and trying to stay positive during these uncertain times. I’ve seen many creators question their content and how to move forward and I’ve felt the same burden. On one hand you want to carry on with what you have been doing to create some normalcy in your world but clothing topics also feel a bit insensitive. I’m hoping to find a balance between distraction and usefulness but we’ll see how it goes. For today’s post, I wanted to focus on one item in my closet that I have been wearing non-stop and highly recommend, the alpaca sweater by Everlane! – if the blog title didn’t give it away This sweater has become one of my favorite pieces these past few months. Hello again! Last time I promised to produce more regular content and I had a calendar all planned out to cover the amount of time I thought I would need after having baby Bear and was all ready to make said content…but then Bear made his debut 8 days early via an unplanned induction. Needless to say my plan went completely out the window! I probably should have expected this but obviously I was still planning on my plan.
