The next time you are thinking about replacing your running shoes or if you’re buying your first pair, don’t get fixated on a brand. Shoes in every brand change every year and what you do on your feet changes every year, so be reassessed and explore all the options when it comes to choosing a shoe.

‘Hey podiatrist,
I want to know which running shoe I should purchase, can you help me?’

The research just doesn’t back up any of hype that started this craze.
BUT…the barefoot fad has changed running shoes for the better, with shoes now lighter and more ..read more

So just to be clear, we are talking about heel pain on the bottom of your foot. Sometimes known as heel spurs or plantar fasciitis.
