I'm Interested to know what email marketing agency recruiters send their clients and prospective clients that's not a candidate CV or spec message. Successful recruiters talk about adding value but I struggle to do this outside of anything candidate-related. I'm an independent recruiter so things like a salary survey etc. probably isn't viable. People say you can send articles that either you've written or have seen on third-party sites, but I struggle with the messaging around that. Hey all, I’ve just moved to the UK and am going back to working as a Recruitment Consultant next month. In January, I applied for a junior analyst position at the OECD. Following my application, I underwent a written test in February and a panel interview in March. During the interview, I was informed that the deliberation process would take 4-6 weeks, and that I was competing for one of a couple of positions against 15 other candidates.
