Just songs that are fun for the sake of fun, no special connection or significant topic. Whether is just fun to listen to, sing along to, dance to, whatever, what are some of your faves?
Some of mine are-
The Fireman- George Strait
One Piece at a Time- Johnny Cash

I heard a country song that's pretty cool called "This much I know". Has some depth to it. "In a world where anger simmers like a pot on high" lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzgfnBQLB2s

The only ones off the top of my head where he’s the lead singer on their songs is Rock My World(Little Country Girl), and You’re Gonma Miss Me When I’m Gone. Even though I do think Dunn is Leagues above Brooks vocally I don’t mind Brooks vocals and would like to find more if there is anymore where he’s the lead vocalist.

As country music is one of the key genres in my research, I would greatly appreciate a sample of country fans in my research.
It takes about 10 minutes to complete this survey and it would help me graduate! If there are any questions, I'd be happy to answer them.
I would be happy to return the favor f ..read more

I played a song called ‘you gotta be my baby’ by George Jones originally… but heard “Dolly Parton” sing it in her play at Dollywood. I’ve also heard it before cause she’s one of my favourite country artist. I’ve always thought it was hers. Never paid attention to George Jones before, I just knew him as a guest singer on Gaither with Vestal Goodman singing Angel Band.
But what shuffled next after ‘You gotta be my baby’ about 16 of his songs have played as well as his hymn album! And I have just fallen in love! His lyrics and storytelling is so meaningful, as well, his tunes are catchy! He ..read more
