If you feel stuck, and you can’t lift up, change your technique. Don’t push the hips forward and line up the hands with the hips. This will only make your arms feel short and your body feel heavy. Instead, try this—move your hands a little in front of the hips. Lift the knees close to the chest to activate the core. Send the shoulders forward and the hips back and up.
