Luckily I don’t hallucinate much and the hallucinations I do have are all visual. I think it’s probably just my paranoia, but when I’m out in public I’ve been “hearing” this voice in my imagination saying shit like “they’re all staring at you”, and “they know you!” in a creepy voice.
