I was pretty excited to get this recipe out. I went into my fridge and found a bunch of parsley I got and forgot to use. I am always getting rid of parsley, cos they get bad after I forget to use them. I wasn’t going to let that happen this time so I decided to include it in my marinade. I have been looking for new ways to enjoy food. Taking suggestions from people online has also been helpful. If you make ofada sauce this is pretty much the same. I opted for red peppers instead of green in this recipe. I was very nervous about this recipe as it was really the first time making it. This has been a recipe I have wanted to put out for a while now. I am starting to enjoy pasta more as it is so stress free. Note: This can be made with penne pasta and after cooking pour in pasta into a baking dish, top with grated cheddar cheese and bake until cheese has melted and is just starting to turn golden.
