What made me “YouTube” famous was the very first video I posted that showcased some of my cutting skills. But cutting skills can only take you so far…you need a highly precision tool to complete any tasks that come your way. It is with great honor that I bring you my newly crafted Japanese steel knife forged and finished by 1 craftsman from Japan, Kiryu-San.
