Just had our 4 ton horizontal ground loop (potentially undersized) geo installed towards the end of October, and we're trying to get a sense of if our unit is running correctly - aside from the noise issue I made a thread about recently - and if it was appropriately sized. Hi all, it's my first time posting in the Green/Eco Friendly forum. I live just outside of Ottawa. We had a ground loop geothermal system installed just over 3 weeks ago, which we were extremely happy to finally have installed and have heating the home in the nick of time before winter.
