I turned the Asian Lettuce Wrap recipe into spring rolls! I'm thinking that this peanut sauce can make anything taste good!!!   If you don't like the texture of fresh rice paper, these can easily be deep fried for a crispier texture! This spaghetti squash with sauteed mushrooms and kale was so easy to make! It's definitely going into my recipe rotation! So tasty! Cut spaghetti squash in half and drizzle with a little avocado oil add salt and pepper. Bake at 375* for 45 minutes. Halfway through cooking, saute kale, mushrooms, and onion together. CINNAMON KNOTS 4 cups hot tap water 1/3 cup potato flakes 2/3 cup powdered milk 1 cup sugar 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp. yeast 2 Tbsp. salt 2 eggs 2/3 cup vegetable oil 12 cups flour (add one cup at a time) 1-1/2 sticks of butter; melted 2-1/2 cups brown sugar 4 Tbsp. Cinnamon Add all ingredients in order into your mixer; Use the dough hook to mix. After adding 10 cups of flour, keep mixing to make sure the gluten is well developed. RECIPE: 1 lb. grated cheese (I used .33 lb. Gouda, .33 lb. Swiss, .33 lb. Gruyere) 1 cup cream 1 cup chicken broth 1/4 tsp. lemon juice 3 cloves minced garlic 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/8 tsp. paprika Grate cheese, set aside; add all other ingredients into a fondue pot or sauce pan; simmer for 1 minute.
