And then also we have two outlets that need to be moved on opposite side of existing stud. Our contractor will have to go under crawl space to move electrical. Handymen of reddit! I have a client that wants this deck pressure washed and re-stained. It's in rough shape and they aren't expecting much more than a face lift for the summer. I am aware the proper way to take care of this is to strip the existing stain but they just want it washed and stain slapped on. So my question is...HoW mUcH sHoUlD I cHaRgE? I'm kidding!!!
