So I think I might have a narrow palate. My teeth overlap a bit and it seems that there is a lack of space. Additionally when I stick out my tounge, I can see the form of my teeth on them quite clearly on the side of my tongue. I thought that this is normal, but that seems to not be the case. I sometimes have hard time breathing through my nose, and I don't think that mewing really works for me (I don't see effects, neither short term, nor long term). I want to do what is best for him but after three Orthos consultations I am confuse. Ortho 1 said two low premolars extraction and no surgery Ortho 2 four premolars extraction required AND surgery Ortho 3 said no premolars extraction required with surgery and assured me there is room for all his teeth. He uses only Damon braces and is pricier than the other two I am leaning toward Ortho 3 because I would like to save all his teeth.
