Howdy - Main question: Have you been in a similar position with grief wrecking your appetite, and if so, what did you do? I'm (23F) recovered from anorexia and bulimia but I have lost my appetite and need some coping advice. I lost my first son at full term at the start of Feb this year... He was totally fine but had a cord accident. So, I've been a bit of a wreck lately. I am not seeking medical advice! I am just curious if anyone has experienced this. I am a 22 year old male. Mid January I had a pain on the side of my hip following a run on a treadmill. Fast forward to today, whenever I get to 2 miles, my hip gets extremely tight and pain arises. (FYI, I can do the stairs, jump rope, cycle, no issues at all). I have been in recovery for anorexia for about three years. I have gotten to a point where I dont need to be monitored for lunch and can eat on my own. Hi everyone. I have a little sister who is almost 15 years old. I love her so much but lately I’ve been concerned with how little food she eats. She does not eat breakfast at school, and if she eats lunch it’s 1 slice of pizza. She eats a normal portion at dinner but it’s not enough to make up for the fact that she ate nothing for breakfast & lunch. Hey y’all, I have a close friend with a pretty severe eating disorder. She’s had it for years and everyone in her life knows but just kind of leaves it be. Tonight she called me in a panic, because she was having a minor medical emergency. Upon showing up I quickly realized the emergency was a result of her eating disorder, and that’s when I realized how severe the anorexia really is.
