Seattle, WA – The University of Washington Women’s Water Polo club prepares to kick off the 2022 season this weekend 2/19-2/20. After a two year hiatus the Huskies are back and ready to defend their division title. The first of three tournaments for the CWPA Northwest Division will be hosted by Oregon State University at Osborne Aquatic Center in Corvallis Oregon. This was the site of the last tournament that the Huskies played in 2020, prior to the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, and they are excited to resume play right where they left off. SEATTLE, WA -- We are so excited to be starting dry land practices on Tuesdays from 6-7:15pm. Please reach out to us for information the location.
In addition, all players new and veteran, will need to fill out the UW rec club waiver so you are eligible to practice. Please also wear a mask and bring hand sanitizer with you. All drills will be maintaining appropriate social distancing space.
Prospective players that are interested in joining, can also fill out the New Player Questionnaire which helps us keep track of all the new names as well as give us an idea of your experience level.

Seattle, WA -- The #8 University of Washington Women's Water Polo Club team went 4-0 this past weekend in their conference opener hosted by the Oregon State University at the Osborn Aquatic Center in Corvallis, Ore. Their conference win streak increases to 44-0 after this weekend, going undefeated in the Northwest Division since February 2016. .
The Huskies outscored their opponents this weekend 66-13 with wins against University of Oregon "B" (23-3), Oregon State University (15-4), Western Washington University (15-1), and conference rival, #17 University of Oregon "A" (13-5).

SEATTLE, WA -- The University of Washington Women's Club team will begin hosting tryouts for prospective players, Wednesday, October 2nd, at the Hec Edmundson Pavilion Pool from 7:30 - 10:15pm.
Tryouts for the team are generally a month long and have less to do with ability or previous experience. Rather, the team prioritizes cohesiveness and fit with a program that finishes in the top 10 nationally every year due in large part to the positive and hardworking team culture.

Seattle, WA -- The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) has released the 2019 Women’s Collegiate Club All-Conference Teams today and includes 9 from the University of Washington out of a possible 16 for the Northwest Division.
