In which locations across the USA does Bread Financial operate its contact centers?
Have any of their centers been shut down? If so, what happened to the employees? Have they transitioned to remote work, or has the work been outsourced?
Is Bread Financial outsourcing or offshoring its contact center work to another country?

I'm curious to hear what everyone in this community thinks about this:
Which do you believe is more crucial: internal-facing reviews like NPS and CSAT, or external-facing reviews such as those on Google and Yelp?

We recommend that companies select a location that your Customer Advisory Board members will find both nice and convenient. This doesn’t mean it needs to be at a five-star resort close to a major airport, but asking them to fly to a secondary city (often via a connecting flight), then driving an hour to a mediocre hote ..read more

When considering product or service feedback, how many individuals have provided you with their thoughts? And what's the most effective way to request feedback: via email or direct messaging?
Recently, I reached out directly to 100 individuals to solicit feedback. Among them, approximately 18 to 20 individuals responded when asked for feedback. However, when prompted to publicly share their feedback, 14 declined, where only 4 agreed to publicly share their feedback. What might be the underlying reasons for this reluctance?
