Hi! I’m starting an art business doing commission paintings and I’m looking for a free CRM tool to keep track of my clients. I will mostly need it for: keeping track of schedules and deadlines, commission info, a waiting list.
I was gonna rawdog it with a spreadsheet but I’m realising it might not be feasible. I’m just starting so I don’t really have the budget for anything really. I think the nature of my business means that my clients are usually one off and there won’t be much needs for something complicated anyway.

Hello,
I am looking for a CRM that I can integrate with Sage 100 and possibly our phone system.
The main purpose of the CRM is to manage email distribution to our customer service team. We'd like to set up multiple groups, with each having a round-robin for incoming emails. Adding additional communication methods (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) would be beneficial.
It would be great if the CRM could poll our SQL database to pull customer data, including contact info and sales records.
Ideally, I'd like to integrate the CRM with our phone system so that when a customer calls, the CRM automatically opens ..read more

I have a travel startup. We have been using various solutions for lead management, accounting and invoicing lately but now we are done with managing and transferring data across numerous tools. It becomes difficult to track the lead data, updates, efficiency of the team and we want to streamline everything from lead management to lead updates, accounts, invoicing, meta, email and whatsapp integrations.
Please suggest solutions.

Wondering what actual salespeople using CRM think about it? Is it helping or hindering your selling efforts? Are you diligently using it? Are you providing accurate data or "filling in the fields" to appease mgt? How much time is taken away from selling because of CRM?

I am interviewing for a job in CRM management, even though I've never worked in it before. I need to present a presentation to the founders of the company tomorrow. Can someone give me some feedback on my presentation?

I own a small business, and I am looking for a new CRM.
I would like to think our needs are relatively simple - I am not looking for any sophisticated integrations, pretty much an address book with custom fields. In addition to the usual customer name, address, phone/email, we work with people's pets, so we also like to record information about them such as names and breeds, collar sizes, etc. We also keep a list of notes of our interactions (essentially what services/items were purchased and the date).
I am struggling though because our technician is old-school and wants to be able to print ..read more

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone familiar with Apollo knew a work around for this?
My teams on pro, and we have an automated play which funnels a rolling list of contacts into a sequence. Those contacts are coming regardless of verified emails.
Am I able to set at the sequence level to not email invalid emails? I still want those contacts in sequence, but not to be emailed.
I don't want to have to create two plays to do this if possible.

I'm very beginner to all CRM stuff, still don't understand the whole concept of the thing.
I need to have a list of clients AND a list of operators, where each operator should have their own calendar with schedule. Let's take a clinic as an example. Clients are patients and doctors are operators with schedule.
Is CRM suitable to implement this model?
