Hello, I am looking for a CRM that I can integrate with Sage 100 and possibly our phone system. The main purpose of the CRM is to manage email distribution to our customer service team. We'd like to set up multiple groups, with each having a round-robin for incoming emails. Adding additional communication methods (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) would be beneficial. I own a small business, and I am looking for a new CRM. I would like to think our needs are relatively simple - I am not looking for any sophisticated integrations, pretty much an address book with custom fields. Hi all. I was wondering if anyone familiar with Apollo knew a work around for this? My teams on pro, and we have an automated play which funnels a rolling list of contacts into a sequence. Those contacts are coming regardless of verified emails. Am I able to set at the sequence level to not email invalid emails? I still want those contacts in sequence, but not to be emailed.
