The endless long queue is always a deterrence for me to try out their vegetarian food and since they are open Monday to Saturday 5.30am to 12.30pm, I made a point to visit their stall but still was caught in the long queue despite it was not on a 1st or 15th day of the lunar calendar month. The chained restaurants with White Bee Hoon as the staple dish have been losing their charm and quality, I'm always glad that I have another option in Bukit Batok, also a cheaper version. While browsing through the social media recently, it came to our knowledge that there is a popular Handmade Noodle stall, Jiak Mee, located above Bishan Bus Interchange.  Jiak Mee We ordered You Mee in the dried version.
