I passed the FE exam a month ago. I graduated from a college that was not abet accredited in 2021. I submitted my application for the EIT License with the supplementary form. I am 3 credits short in math and 1 credit short in life sciences. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to take 2 courses quickly and affordability?

Hi, a little background:
I'm not in the civil engineering field and have no training in civil engineering. I'm a GIS analyst with an emergency management background and I'm interested in exploring tools to assist with mitigation and response. I'm brand new to HEC-RAS and I wanted to use it to create a rain on mesh model and see where potential flood areas would be after significant rain. I'm testing this in Eastern Kentucky where there was some flooding a little more than a year ago and I wanted to compare the model to the observed flooded areas. Following some YouTube tutorials and documenta ..read more

Hi all, I am at a loss as to how to trouble shoot this issue.
I am trying to get my land uses imported into hydrocad using their import function. everything is drawn on the appropriate layers, the correct layer set is being used for the import process, none of the layers have been altered in any way in autocad, ive watch the tutorial video multiple times and emailed hydro cad support for help which they returned with "its an AutoCAD issue" therefore out of their jurisdiction.
The error i keep receiving is "error 189 general modeling failure while cutting subcatchment boundaries"

I am looking to work at FMGlobal but I am curious of their starting salary, and benefits, as well as their business culture. If anyone would like to share their experience, please do so.

Hello,
I've been searching for approximately 3 hours now for the correct way to solve this problem using the ACI. In Eurocode 2, Amaximum and average tensile strengths are provided for each concrete strength class. This makes it possible to calculate at which force the bar will be pulled out of the concrete. However, I'm not making progress using the ACI.
Could any of you point me in the right direction?

I’ve seen this depend on the person but does anyone know what is the actual correct way to display your title? The EI vs. EIT is state dependent so I just included both.
