Today we are talking about Chicken Stock. I thought there could not be any better thing to start the soup series with.

I promised you recipes with the Chilli Jam shared a few days ago and here I am with the first one. Grilled Cheese Ham Sandwich with Chilli Jam.

This Polish Cherry Cake is the perfect tea time tree. Moist, old school and is perfect for a party dessert with some ice cream too.
Polish Cherry cake is a very interesting cake with a slightly different method of making the doughish batter.
I was talking to Ojas about how this particular cake is different. You don’t make a batter by beating the eggs sugar etc. Instead you make a softish dough using hands. So asked he me to teach him.

This Guava Leaf Chutney was born in the quest of using all that is growing in my garden and my love of chutneys.
Honestly, I didn’t know that Guava leaves were edible until recently. And once I figured it out, I had to use it in a chutney. Hence the Guava Leaf Chutney was born.
