I’m working as a SAP BWonHana Developer. Do you think it’s a good idea to upskill myself in terms of Data Engineering?

Hello everyone,
I have 3 DAPs for (2 cube adsos and 1 standard). Client will migrate from bwon to bw4. I however cannt find any research in regards to “migration” of DAPs to DTOs.
Basically, I know I have to reload the archived data from NLS (sap iq) back to the ADSOs, delete the DAPs and create a DTO, apply the rules and execute.
However, customer has 6-8 billion records archived and 8-25 billion records on the active table (partitioned). My only concern is that unpacking all archiving requests would jump over the 2 billion per partition limit.
Anyone have experience with this? Workarounds ..read more

I come from a non-SAP background. I am a data modeler who uses a modern data tool like dbt to model data for analytics purposes. Now, I want to apply the same approach in SAP. Is anyone here doing data modeling in SAP? How can I learn this?

Hello everyone, I've been using Power BI for 3 years and now I moved to another company in which they use SAP datasphere and SAC, I've mastered Power BI during this 3 years and learning SAP I cannot find an equivalent solution for the hardwork I've done in Power BI, and tbh SAP doesn't have a good documentation or a support community, is there any recommendations for a course? Like the most advanced one? I already know the basics of both datasphere and SAC, I want a deep dive course.

Hello I am new to using the Analysis for Excel add-in I would like to filter the values of one or multiple columns.
Let's say I have a quantity measure and columns for apples and bananas. I also made a calculated column that is apples X bananas that shows 0 if either apples or bananas are 0.
I would like to filter out any rows that have either 0 apples or 0 bananas and I am embarrassed to say I can't figure out how to filter out those rows from my query.
Can anyone advise? Thank you.
