Authentic Cantonese Roast Duck Recipe ( text only)
1. Rinse the duck inside and outside, pat dry with paper towels. Chop off the feet, head and wing tips. Remove and discard excess fat from body cavity and neck.

Chinese Sweet and sour pork ribs recipe
Ingredients:
Pork ribs--500 g
Egg-- 1 (medium size)
Salt--1 g
Ground pepper -- 1 g
Cooking wine -- 3 g
Sweet potato starch(or corn starch) -- 50 g
White sugar -- 35 g
Mature vinegar -- 25 g
Ginger -- 10 g
Steps:
1. Rinse pork ribs with running water and cut them into small pieces (2 to 3 cm long) 2. Chop the ginger finely.
3. Put the pork ribs into a big bowl, add 1 egg, 0.5 g salt, 1 g ground pepper, 3 g cooking wine and 50 g sweet potato starch (or corn starch). 4. Stir to mix them well until become sticky.
