Burping is essential for your twins to release air trapped in their tummies after feeding, preventing discomfort and gas.
After a good burp, your babies will go from squirming, crying, and agitated to calm and happy.
We would always proactively burp our twins right after feeding. This helped prevent their discomfort if we waited.
