I just started a new job as a Magento developer. When cloning a project that took longer than expected, I discovered all of the vendors were committed on our VCS. I have spent days trying to make fotorama behave like a simple dump of images instead of all the fancy stuff, and I keep failing in new and wonderful ways every day. I do know how to gut it out completetely and load all the product images on the page instead but I have no idea how to refresh said images on a configurable product when a selection is made, i.e. from "black" to "red".
