East Horsley’s historic Thatchers Hotel has finished the first phase of its £5m refurbishment, completing work on its bar and dining areas, as well as its private dining/conference room. Ruby Hotels has revealed that 76% of its employees feel that the company moving to a 35-hour work week was a good decision. In October 2022, Ruby implemented a 35-hour workweek at the same salary across all its locations in Europe, in hotels, workspaces, and reservations.
