Tried this soup for the first time last week and found out it’s called Tom ped manao dong which is duck and boiled lime soup. Best soup I’ve ever had by far! Had it again tonight with laab ped, battered prawns, herbs/salad and sticky rice

I'm looking to make some Khao Soi at home, but I can't find pickled mustard greens for the life of me. I've heard sauerkraut as a replacement, but I'm a bit skeptical. Anyone replacements y'all have used? submitted by /u/FreeCamoCowXXXX [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Help identify sauce!

Hi! I fell in love with a sauce that was paired with mango salad. It was similar to fish sauce but had a honey consistency. It was very sticky, a little sweet, a little salty and a bit stinky (but in the most delicious way)! The sauce was kind of golden, like a rich honey. Anyone know what it is or how I can recreate it?? submitted by /u/EconomistLazy8707 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
