A South African man faces two charges of assault with a deadly weapon after he reportedly stabbed two of his crew mates on a cruise ship in Juneau, Alaska, this week. The FBI arrested Ntando Sogoni on Tuesday for “allegedly stabbing multiple people with medical scissors” onboard a cruise ship.
