CENTRAL COMMAND AREA--Fourteen New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to C Company 101st Expeditionary Signal Battalion who received the Combat Action Badge from Lt. Col. Paul Mulligan the battalion commander during a ceremony conducted in Jordan on April 17 2024 pose for a photograph with company and battalion leaders.
