I’m a sysadmin for a small lab in which simulations are taking place. Design of experiments more specifically. I work closely with a great acoustics analyst older gentleman…
Anyway he’s tasked to process and analyze a ton of acoustic data. I’m always interested in what he’s working on while I’m waiting on something to process.
I always want to help him out because he seems to be the only guy they got to process and analyze the data. He spends most of his time running matlab scripts to process then fail, fix, rerun til complete

hello folks I've just finished a Matlab specialization which covered all basic and most advanced topics(data types, basic and advanced functions ,recursion, live scripts, memory interaction, OOP, apps interface) but currently I'm still studying but I want to advance my knowledge ,what should I learn now, a course recommendation would be great & a similar ones in Simulink, I'm an electrical engineer if that gonna matter, thanks for reading

I've been using NASTRAN for a while and I'm now wondering if it could be a good choice to spend some time designing some software tools for processing/pre-/post- using MATLAB.
Is it a good tool for performing finite element modeling and analysis or is it limited/not so simple? I have been using the PDE toolbox once or twice and it looked a bit entry-level to me.
Is it possible to generate and work on 3D meshes? How does one assemble FEM matrices?
Also, how are its capabilites for HPC? I heard about parfor but not much else.

Hi, in matlab 2015 that i was using i was able to fit 4 lines in spectra, when i get to next frame i was still able to see 4 lines from previous frame. But after i upgraded to matlab 2023 this is not possible anymore as you can see. Is the there possibility too repair it? Btw code wasnt changed. Thanks for help, if you need additional questions DM me or comment post. Thank you!

Hello,
Is there a way to export the data (not figure) from plots from the classification learner, specifically, the min classification error plot and ROC curves? My research advisor wants to plot the data using a different software.
Thanks

Hi there,
I am currently trying to implement a wind turbulence model onto the example UAV package delivery simulink model with the UAV toolbox app however I’m having issues with connecting it up to UAV model itself
Currently I’m trying to add the wind turbulence model into the environment however the model doesn’t seem to like it. (See screenshot)
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!

Hi all,
I know that there are some published workarounds for the inability to centre justify the column names in a uitable. I am reticent to implement these, since they have some downsides and add unnecessary code complexity. I have noticed that these workarounds are quite old now too:
https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/838473-how-to-center-column-names-in-table?#answer_707773
Is there any update to the situation in newer releases?
