I own a single tenant building (about 4,000sqft) that has been vacant for some time (2+ years). Its primary use will be as a septic system for my nearby commercial property. The town is only 500 people and extremely remote. My small gas station next to this generates roughly 3 million dollars in sales annually. There will be lots of room for me to construct something new. I own a small plot of commercial property in Ohio. I should also note that this property is not open to the public. This property is used for buying and selling used vehicles. I have a building listed for sale. Advertised it on Costar, Loopnet and Crexi.
