Why? I've had a few "curious minds inquiring" - here are the big 3 reasons. 1 - Better for filming. This is a bigger space, we have more options, and more ability to improve the lighting and create depth. It'll look alot better on video. 2 - Better for community events. This space can easily fit 24 guys, and it's closer to an area that has inexpensive hotels, but still access to great restaurants. (Domain area, compared to east downtown before). 3 - It was time.
