I think it sounds like she's saying I love you (mimicking my voice). My husband thinks I'm insane lol. But on a serious note what is the difference between babbling and cooing? She is 9 weeks old says lots of ga, ma, ah and oh sounds. What kinds of sounds does your baby make and do you consider them cooing or babbling?
