I had temp relative custody of my niece for almost 10 years. From the time she was 2 to almost 11 years old. My ex boyfriend has a restraining order on me that originally did not have parenting time allowed. I requested a hearing and it was held on Friday, and while the restraining order did not get dismissed, it was modified to where I get supervised parenting time a minimum of 3 days a week, 3 hours each session until a more robust custody plan is sorted out. Colorado - My son’s parent has been on life support for three weeks after another suicide attempt. The family is refusing to share information with me.
