I have been rowing casually for more than an year now on my Concept 2 rower. I have realized that in pulled state the wrists get stressed due to the orientation of hands (flat as shown "A" in the picture). I was wondering if a more natural orientation of hand - rotated at 90 deg (shown as "B" in pic) would help? Also, has anybody else faced this issue or it is just me?

My last 2k score (that i took a month ago) was an 8:41. Do you think aiming for a 8:25 is reasonable?

I’ve never experienced that kind of post-erg pain ever. Likely due to dehydration and electro ..read more

Stumbled across this on Facebook market place. Seems too good to be true but may be worth checking to see if legit.

Not a fan of them at all and don't like them being added to the Olympics in favour over lightweights. Is it some thing to appeal to be a bit catchier?
