I am really excited to share this new idea with you! When I push in to my students general education classrooms, I felt like I was lacking something. I love routines, expectations and consistency and I know kids thrive off of it too. Working with my students had definitely become routine. When I entered, they mostly went to the table(s) we worked at in their rooms without me even asking them to, but I needed more. I feel like a great deal of people either in my life personally, or that I encounter on social media either just had a baby or had a baby about the time I had Greyson. I'm having so much fun with a little one over the holidays as I'm sure you are too. Now, I know, especially depending upon the age, you might not be planning to make a big deal out of Christmas and that's ok! I've been getting questions asking me how things are going with my new job position and I thought I'd share some details! *This post contains Amazon affiliate links. First and foremost, I absolutely LOVE it. It has definitely been an adjustment for sure, as things are much different than what I was doing while teaching in Delaware, despite my job title being exactly the same. I'm living in disbelief as to how ANY of these teacher bloggers with kids of their own keep up! I certainly have not found that groove yet, but that's okay! I am LOVING my new school and teaching position and feel like it's exactly what I needed at this time, when I didn't even know it.
