Summer is so close and maybe it feels like summer where you live!  I wanted to share some clean beauty favorites of mine that are PERFECT for summer! The two categories of things I recently got were sunscreen and anti-aging products!  They kind of go hand and hand, but let me tell you why I love them! Clean Anti-Aging Products Countertime is Beautycounter's anti-aging line.  They do not contain retinol because they are on our Never List (all the ingredients we DO NOT use because they are harmful to us). I have a post full of freebies for you, so scroll through to grab them! I try to incorporate coloring in a lot of our activities because my preschoolers LOVE it!  This one is the perfect mix of letter recognition with a little coloring :)  I put our letter cards into a sensory bin filled with white beans.  You could just have them in a basket or hang them around the room.  They would pick a card and then find the letter on the cloud.  They would identify (or I would help) then they would color.  I split the letters in half so one recording sheet includes ..read more

Then, they took each one and washed it off first.  Once they were dried they painted each one. They were so excited to do this and who doesn't love to paint!? When the shells dry you can use them for counting, patterns, and you could even hide them and go on a scavenger hunt. Mermaid Names Supp ..read more

My girls are obsessed with mermaids, so we are doing all the mermaid activities this week.  I wanted to share a fun butcher paper activity to try with dot markers. Supplies Markers Butcher Paper Dot Markers I drew mermaid tails all over the butcher paper.  Then, I wrote a color word by each tail. I had them look at each dot marker and match the color word to the mermaid tail. This was a great way to look at letters and recognize this one.  They don't know how to read each word, but they were still able to do this activity. After they matched each dot maker to the mermaid tail ..read more
