The Canadian Squash Hall of Fame Commission (CSHOF) is pleased to announce the appointment of former President of Squash British Columbia, Natasha Doucas, as Chair of the CSHOF Commission effective April 2024. “Tasha has exceptional organizational skills, a vast knowledge of Canadian squash history and will be a terrific motivator given her incredible enthusiasm for the sport,” said Steve Wren, past Chair of the CSHOF. The 2024 Mortgage Company of Canada Canadian Junior and AirSprint Private Aviation Senior Squash Championships are less than a week away, with Canada’s top squash athletes preparing to descend on Calgary. The spectacular Glencoe Club will host over 560 of Canada’s top players in categories ranging from under-11 to 80+ who will be competing for national glory. The Canadian Junior Championships will run from Saturday, April 27 through Tuesday, April 30. Charlottetown PE, by Andrew Avery – It was a thrilling weekend of competition that took place April 4-7 as 120 athletes from the 4 Atlantic Provinces arrived in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island to compete in the 2024 Vogue Optical Atlantic Squash Championships. World #3 Diego Elias of Peru confirmed his top-seeded status by defeating Egypt’s Mazen Hesham 3 games to 1 in a thrilling championship match at the 2024 Canadian Men’s Open presented by AirSprint Private Aviation.
